service activated automatically and money deducted

Location/place: Muzaffarpur

Name of company/service: Reliance Communication

I am Kameshwar Prasad consumer of Reliance communication having GSM connection No.- 7856850653 for my mobile.Today one service to play Alto Win for Rs 5/-day was activated and amount was deducted from my account of pre paid mobile for which i had not consented.I fear that again it will hapen so pl. look into the matter and arrange so that my deducted money can be Refunded in my account at the earliest and oblige.
