Dear Sir,

I have given my Worlpool Washing Machine for repair / servicing to authorised service center of Whirlpool M/S. S.K.ENTERPRISES, PLOT NO.4, IDRIS GARAGE COMPLEX, DHATKIDIH, JAMSHEDPUR on 02.07.2011 and the machine was supposed to return by them within 10 days. But 1 month passed and till date they have not returned after our several request.I have sent a complain by mail to helpdesk of Whirlpool on 28.06.12. On 30.06.11 they replied “we will update you tomorrow i.e. 31st July 2012”, but till date they have not delivered my washing Machine.

So you are requested to help me in this regard.
