I have been associated with airtel since 2007. The services given by them were unquestionable. But for few years the services have worsened.
Signal problems, calls getting missed, not able to call as there are no signals, internet on mobile not working properly, charges are high.
I have been following up with the above mentioned problems with them but they are not willing to solve them rather they give wired solutions like…if signal or internet not working properly then change your mobile or SIM card.
I agreed to that and did the same but all in vain.
one big problem that I have faced so far is with my plan. I transferred my corporate number to personal around 6 years back but still they have not updated the same in their database. Many a times I have been rejected on the context that I have a corporate number though I am receiving my bills at my home address.
I have send a grievance mail to them and they have not responded to that rather I received a message that:- “Your problem has been resolved”.
Previously I recommend everyone to have airtel but now I won’t.
I hope they see my problems here and respond accordingly.
