I svs prasad, MObile No. 9959225030, purchased Celkon C66i moble in the month of October 2011, after use of 9 months it is giving trouble i.e not charging, I approached the customer care at Tarnaka, Hyderabad, They immediately checked and said that the one component by name ‘connector’ has to be replaced, even though it is under warranted period I paid Rs. 215/- and rectified the problem in the month of May 2012, again in the month of August 2012 the same problem occured, again I approached same customer care center, they verified the mobile and said that the PCB i.e circuit board has to be replaced which will cost around Rs 960/-, even though it is under warranty, I asked that the mobile under warranty why should I pay the amount, they said the warranty will not cover the spare parts. If you want your mobile to be worked you should pay, else take back mobile and go else where. Now the case is submitted for your perusal kindly give judgement.
