sent wrong things

dear sir/madam, I’m Bidhubhuson maiti from kolkata. I order for bed seet from snapdeal.com but they sent me different size and collar also old one. when i contact to them, they told me sent this back and after they will redeem through next shop.

please sir do the right action against of them and assist me to what to do.
