Dear All,
Have ordered a watch from paytm from merchant # Gesture with Order No 1027125489 on 16th june 2015 and it got delivered through Bludart on 24th june 2015.
As soon as i open the box i was surprised to see the empty box and no watch.
At that day itself i have mailed customer care and shown the images. One of the executive said they are going to refund the money which i paid and asked for the banking details and the same has been provided to them. After one day another executive said that we are investigating the issue with the logistics and their merchant.
Its really frustrating even after complaining the same day of delivery i contacted them and illustrated the issue.
2 days gone and i have escalated to their heads and no response from them.
What should i do now? They are not going to refund my money as far as i know.
How should i proceed further?
Flipkart as we know they are delivering stones for orders now in the second place paytm is on the queue and within a days surely paytm will be in first place.
