Respected Sir/Madam,
Myself Pushpendra Kumar Jain a research scholar booked online a pearl set of Rs. 499 from shopclues. They delivered same but the set was damaged then i make a telephonic conversation with shopclues and tell about the defect. They are agree to replace the same and i was couriered the set to hyderabad from flyking courier on dated 18/07/12 but till date the set was not delivered. I go to the flyking office at sagar and complaint about the delayed delivery. I was check the status on net but C’Note no. on receipt is not valid. The person of flyking courier was unable to the status of my parcel and why the delaying was done in delivery. So, I have wish to wrote a complaint in consumer forum against flyking courier for the same.
