Sending wrong bill and did not listen about the

Name of company/service: Reliance commnication

Since 8-9 month ago, i have converted my connection prepaid to postpaid and take a plan 599. i saw where i was living there are no network so i have complain that solved this issue because that number was very important. He did’t anything so i thought why we pay 599 because we cant call to our contact circel so i have changed my plan 599 to 99 basic plan. how much, i will call i will pay that to RIM but i saw the bill he mentioned same plan 599 to my next bill so i have called in customer care but he tell that to me we cant do anyting because computer is genrated the bill and this is final bill. He did’t helped me , everytime customer care say you will be pay that amount which our computer is genrated.
I was not pay that bill amount after some time he is my block my connection and said to me when you will pay i will start you connection. I will pay you amount but please open my incoming connection beause this number is important to me but he did not open my connection and that time i was travelling in train. after 6 month one caller from relaince communication and said to me, i am sending you a notice to you because you have not paid you bill amount. i have said please correct my bill after then i will pay you bill amount but he dont want to listen this.every time he cut my phone or hold me near about 30 mins because that number is very imporatant. Now after some days , i have recived a called from relaince hired lawer, he said to me pay you bill other wise i will send you a notice to you i said to him pelase correct my bill i will pay you remaining amount which will be correct.
Kindly contact the person, he is telling,i am a lawyer of Relaince communication and said to me, pay you money within 1 hour. He is ordering to me. I am attaching a my bill. kindly check.
