Sending me bills and legal notices

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

The tata docomo number is 923999245 which was a post paid connection. I had applied to change it from post to pre paid. I had filled out the forms and necessary details. yet the company keeps sending me bills, now in a pre paid connection how would get a bill every month. So we stopped paying the bills. Now tata authority has sent us a legal notice and harasses us with several calls asking for money. I kept writing to the appellate people but of no avail. They send me automated replies. The tata centre at hazra road was where I went to change from post to prepaid. I went there again, he said his system shows that we have opted to prepaid from post paid. But due to system problem, the complete processing could not be done. He asked us to write to tata again. I wrote again, same thing followed. I am disappointed and irritated to the brim. I am not sure what else can be done.
