I have booked one FLOWER VAS from SHAHJEE EMPORIUM KASHMIR ARTS & CRAFTS DHOBIWAN ,OPP,REGIONAL INSTITUTE OF HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE ,GULMARG HIGHWAY ROAD,TANGMARG,BARAMULLAH-193121 Worth Rs: 13500/- .I have made advance of Rs: 2000/- for it.The Driver of my Car whom I booked for the Local tour of Srinagar Mr Mohan Whose Telephone No 9419695004 for 3 Day from Katra ,he has taken to the Shop and introduced with the owner of the Shop Mr Faruque whose Telephone No is 919906599248 .But after reaching here I have got doubt that the Flower Vas is of delicate type and made up of Paper it may be damaged while transportation . I have choiced one Carpet 6 Ft X 4 Ft @ Rs 450/- Sq Feet at the time of my visit at the Emporium.Then I have asked them that I can’t take so much risk of Rs 11500/- if the Vas is damaged.In Lieu of It kindly send me the Carpet I shall pay the amount receiving the Parcel. In time The Parcel has come containing the Carpet through speed Post.Before takinking Delivery of the Parcel I had to pay Rs: 9700/-( Including Postal charge) , I have asked the Owner of the Shop Mr Faruque whose Mob No 919906599248 several time that the materials is o k have you seen it . He has replied me have faith on me and reputation of his shop.Beleiving him I have paid Rs: 9700/- and received the Parcel.After opening the Parcel I have found that the Carpet which he has sent is defective. Then I have asked him Over Telephone to Change the Carpet.In reply he has told me send the Carpet I shall replace the same .In reply I have told him That I have lost faith on him .Both The Driver and The Owner of the Shop has cheated me .Then He has replied over Telephone that it is not his material Do Whatever you do. It is my earnest Request Kindly Look into the matter and stringent action may be taken against them so that they can’t dare to do such type of cheat with other tourist.The Bill Copy scan Copy is enclosed herewith for future refence please.
