My father had purchased a mobile of MICROMAX MODEL NO X329 which mrp is 1899/-rs but sold at 2600/-rs. 700rs more than the mrp while other retailers are selling the same model at 1750rs.
And when I came to know the matter I went to the retailer ( g k communication 122A karl marx sarani kolkata 700023 opp five star market) he started argument with us and further said to us,” go and complain to consumer court, whatever you can do.just do it ?”
Please take serious step against this of retailers.
