Most humbly I would like to state you that I am a retired Primary teacher and I am the only earning person of my family. During scorching heat year before last summer I purchased an Home UPS Inverter (Sukam 800VA and Exide SQ 500+ , Customer: 0000018976, Invoice : 1107497302 , Dt- 14/05/2010 , Delv Plant : CALC ) from SB Communication & Electronics System, Hakimpara, Siliguri, WB vide Tax Invoice 69 , Dt- 22/05/2010 costs Rs.13,300/- from my hard earned meager retirement benefit. Perhaps due to the minimum occurrences of power cut since last year I could not feel any disturbances with the battery. I took every possible care of battery for its long life as I hardly have capability of purchase for second time. However on 11/06/2012 my Inverter stopped functioning suddenly after 15 min back up. I contacted the seller very next day, but they clearly stated you are very much unlucky as your Warranty Period /Coverage has exceeds by 18 day.
In fine, I would like to state you that I have relied on your company not for the longevity of its product upto Warranty Period /Coverage but also for most efficient service. Again I still believe that your company is not only largest but also reputed and reliable company in India. Hence I fervently seek your kind favor for alteration of the battery as I would never be capable of purchase of Battery for second time to give some pleasure to my sick wife. Please consider my prayer after due verification and on humanitarian ground.
