My Father(Mr.Akbar Khan) was sold a policy-AEGON Religare Flexi Money Back plan policy number-12071355788 by Miss Gunjan from Aegon under false claims. He was advised that his money stuck in New York Life policy will be transfered to a fixed deposit and he will get all the money back in 1 year. Moreover he was told that the policy papers stating 12 yrs installments is just a formality.
We have filed a complaint with customer care-ARL-814682-XGLQXR and would like to get the refund for the installment already paid.
