Hi,
I had purchased bike battery from Mauli Batteries located at G-3, Balu Niwas, Dattapada Road, Opposite Tata Steel, Rajendra Nagar, Dattapada Road, Borivali East, Mumbai – 400066. The owners name is Gopi.
This person (Gopi) sells batteries (which are expected to be copy/duplicate batteries) which do not last more than 2 months. When we show him the warranty card he promises to replace it once the battery comes from company but till then keep on replacing by this spare/second batteries. After some time he will stop replacing batteries and, Say Company is not sending the replaced battery and the customer can do whatever he wants.
When inquired with his suppliers he is known for not making payment and selling replacement batteries supplied.
This person is a fraud. Let’s take action against him or he will keep on cheating people.
This person – “Gopi” keeps on cheating bike riders, auto rickshaw drivers who has purchased batteries from him. Contact no of Gopi is 9867804405.
