I got the product and tried to install the same in my system. it asked for updates and my systam kept on running on DOS mode and it kept on scanning for 4 hours never stopped. hence i called the customer care 011-32326263. and the customer care executive took the details of the product and said they stoped that product noty selling it so they will not provide any service to that and advised me to return the product with in 30 days. i am nopt sure whether is it is 30 days from purchase or delivery. and tradus.com do not have a telephone number to contact for some problem. i tried my best to contact through phone but i did not get any number. hence complaining. please help.at least after me somebody who will decide to purchase he will not get cheated. but my question is how could they sell a product that is outdated and expired. and they are cheating people by selling expired and outdated products.
