I bought a Samsung S duos original battery from a local shop in Virar (East) for Rs. 1350. M. K. Mobiles is a big air-conditioned shop having its branches all over Mumbai.
The shopkeeper gave 6 months warranty saying that anything happens to the battery will be replaced with a new one.
The battery started giving poor performance after first month itself. After 2 months when I went to the shop again, the shopkeeper denied to replace a new one. He asked me to visit service center.
When I visited the service centre, the service centre guy told me that the battery is duplicate. I went to the shop again. The Shopkeeper is such a fraud that he showed me the bill where the Battery No. was written. The shopkeeper has changed the battery number by a single character on the bill. For eg. If the battery No was
“Aab3D13HS” mentioned on the battery, The shopkeeper wrote “Aab3313HS” on the bill and said that the battery is not ours.
I request you to take strict action against M.K Mobiles shop located in Virar(east) near Virar railway station.
