Selling Duplicate items

Sir, I bought honey bottle from Patanjali in Sikar. It is duplicate product which mixup with sugar. Again I bought another bottle. It is also duplicate product. Due to that product my blood sugar level is increased. I went to there and asked them directly. But they answered like “product came like, we selling like. what we can do?” Again I asked that ‘are they medicines also duplicate products?” Their answer is “May be. We don’t know?” What I have to do?……….
