Selling of bad quality cooler & service by Symphony cooler company

Dear Sir/Madam, With Ref to complaint number- RA-GD-20D14001(Symphony cooler customer care ).
I have purchased a Jumbo cooler vide model no- ACODE045 & Sr. no- 03A0211C76072 in the year 2011. It is already over warranty period.
On 19.04.2014 (Saturday night) an uncontrolled and unavoidable situation create due to one part of fan broken in running condition of cooler and cooler sleeper from trolley due to broken piece of fan heated the cooler body by heavy force and imbalanced.It is the blessing of god that situation was happening in night time and no movement of children is there.Still I have not seen/heard the fan of the cooler is broken. Broken of cooler fan and create the unsafe condition as per above mentioned is quite impossible.It is clearly idetify the poor quality of product.
Why customer choose the Symphoni instead of other local cooler ?
Why customer paid more to purchase the unsafe cooler like symphoni ?
Why the company not checking the quality of product before deliver to market ?
your service engineer from Raigarh have visited and demanded Rs 1400/-for changing the fan.I have strictly refuse him to pay even one rupee. Because poor product sale by company with high advertisement.Other things like pump, fan motor and switch may damaged but broken of fan and create unsafe condition is quite impossilbe.Please find attached here with the photo along with your product serial number for your necessary steps.

Therefore as a valuable customer I demand the same in Free of Cost against the bad quality of product sale in market.

    Our representatives have got in touch with you. As your product is out of warranty. We asked you to pay the out of warranty service charges which you denied to pay. You want fan blade to be replaced Free of cost which is not possible. Hence we are closing this complaint from our end. Thank you.
