Dear Sir,
This is to report you that “Authorized Vendors” of IRCTC on every Rly Stn are Looting Public by selling Eatables & Beverages much above the MRP (Maximum Retail Price).
1) On 23 Jun 2009 at Secunderabad Rly Stn I bought a water bottle for which Rs 13/- was asked to pay when I objected he has taken only Rs 12/- i.e MRP mentioned on the bottle.
2) On 07 Jun 2009 at Renigunta Rly Stn I enquired the cost of Butter Milk Packet which was told Rs 5/- whereas the MRP was only Rs 3/-.Then I went to the counter on the platform & found Rs 4/-.
There are many many cases which go unreported because its people’s necessity & vendor’s advantage. Therefore you are requested to look into the above matter immediatly please.
Because after coming across such things I dont feel to be proud to be an Indian.
