SELLER ON EBAY.COM(FUSION JEWELERS)NOT REFUND MY MONEY

Dear Sir,I have purchase a diamond pendent online on rupees 6000 from ebay .com seller fusion jewelers on 25-11-2014 (PaisaPay ID : 37946029925) when the item come to me I see that this is not as it is describe this is not real diamond I then go to check out in jewellery shop or some diamond expert he all of them say that this is not as it is describe he also give me the fake certificate of that diamond. So I can complain to the ebay custumer care. ebay custumer care say that you talk to the seller(fusion jeweler ) about this problem we didnt solve this problem and he give me the seller(fusion jeweler) mob no (09930619426)he didn’t so any intrest in my problem. Then I call to the seller but mobile number not working so I again call to cuctumer care of ebay he said that to me I will call the seller(fusion jeweler) to pic up your phone so I again call the seller(fusion jeweler) he pick up the phone and I complain about this he said that my diamond Is not fake I have send those item which I describe then I ask to them if your item is correct and your certificate is right then where I can check the certificate then he didn’t give any answer of this question and angry on me and say just return to me I give u the money I ask her for address and send the item to the seller(fusion jeweler) through DTDC currier service(courier no-Z41399047) item will reach to seller in 4-6days then I talk to the seller(fusion jeweler) on call but again mobile no is not working. Then I use the messaging facility of ebay and talk with the seller he just said that he give me money as soon as possible but after 15days over he didn’t give any money I again messaging him for this he he said I can send you tomorrow but tomorrow never come I sending many message & call in this type of convertation about1.5 month is over he just passing out the time & never give me refund,lastely I send last message & call to seller and say that if you not give me my money i complain to consumer forum then he reply ok no problem no any one consumer forum can have a capability to catch me. Then I complain it to you. Sir I have many proof.seller addres- NARAYAN CHEVLI FLAT NO-301-NATHDWAR APPT., DHABUWALA NI GALI,SAGRAMPURA, SURAT-395002. I HAVE MESSAGE OF SELLER CONVERSATATION DATE WISE.for this, I just want my money back and catch this cheater as soon as possible because he can confidentely cheated other custumer on ebay.com so please save them from this type of cheating thank u.
