I have place an order on 3rd of August 2014, as per Amazon website (description) but i got totally differ item
· Problem in order
Differ in color
Website showing pure black where as I received black and silver mix color.
Differ in feature
Power failure is not working. I have keep instrument on base and on speaker mode if I want to use power
failure feature.
Differ in model.
No were mention that it will have two languages one is Arabic and English.
after contacting several time to Amazon and seller no one bother to look in to this. customer care executive also confirm that there is a problem. Amazon investigation team also just making fool. no proper solution. Seller is ask me why you have complaint on this….
Appreciate quick help on this.
