security deposit amount not recived

I have purchesed two idea postpaid connection and I paid 500/-rs. For both connection, after 8 month i closed my idea a/c and paid all due amount but after 7 month of my closed a/c, I have not recived my security deposite amount. Every time i flowup for my deposite. I did not get any responce by idea company

please do something for my amount
