scooty milage problem

sir i have purchased mahindra duro dz on 30 march,dealer promissed us and showed us a pumplet of this scooty and told that its milage is 56km/lit.but from the date of purchasin its milage is just 25-30km/lit. only.our dealer it telling that its millage will increese after its first servising,but it didn’t happened,i m so trrubbeld due to its over fule consumption,dealer is not behaving well now also.sir,help me wat i do?
