I received message on my mobile that
recharge with Rs 33 and get 1paise/2
second,accordingly I rechaged with Rs
33 but not getting the benitfs offered by BSNL.On enquiry from customer care it is said that there is no such scheme and your Rs 33 will not be refunded.Kinly redress my grievances.
