Respected Sir,
I the undersigned Jayanta Ghosh SB A/c. No. 31439969012 issued a
cheque amounting Rs. 17,000/- (Seventeen Thousand only) at UCO Bank
Panihati Branch (Xerox Copy of the UCO Bank Pass Book statement
Enclosed) which duly returned by your esteemed bank with OTHER REASON.

When I personally meet your bank official regarding that issue they
explain that my SIGNATURE SCAN not attached with my account profile.
But strange thing is that I am also en – cashed a cheque on 25th
July, 2012 on the same account without facing any difficulties. Is it
possible to that are you not checking the same thing in the earlier
one ???
Moreover I am not getting a phone call from your Bank.

This is noting but extreme callousness and negligence which cost a
financial loss of Rs. 153/- (One Hundred Fifty Three Only). PLEASE
ARRANGE TO COMPENSATE MY FINANCIAL LOSS AND RETURN THE SAME AMOUNT AT
MY SB A/C. 31439969012.

Hope you will consider the mater at an early basis to establish the
reputation of your esteemed organization.
