I had opened my account in SBI, Chirawa. I had applied for i-banking also. So, they provide me my USERNAME and PASSWORD. Next day when i entered my user name & password, a message desplayed “invalid user name & password”. Then i entered my online complaint many times but nothing happened & i also called to customer care but they always told me that contect to your home branch. So i contected to my branch many times. They provided me new kit every time but my problem did not solve. I also message UNHAPPY so that a higher authority called me but he also can not solve my problem. He give me my nodal officer’s number. But my nodal officer did not receive my call. I also maild him but he did not replied me. So please tell me now what to do ? please please please……
