My Prepaid Card Netbanking access on https://prepaid.onlinesbi.com/ has been blocked for months. I have contacted customer service on their 1800 number, after verification of my identity they say the card is active and have no permissions to unblock the cards netbanking, I contacted the branch office from where I got the card, and they told me the very same thing.
This is UNACCEPTABLE service from SBI. A complaint lodged at the bank one week ago has yielded no outcomes (neither positive nor negative) and I still cannot access my account.
SBI already has extremely poor customer relations. They just made it worse.
If SBI relations can resolve this issue QUICKLY (under a day – which I suppose is a word whose meaning also needs to be explained to SBI) before my trip abroad,
