I shoppied at Reliance Digital-Axis Mall,New Town,kolkata. I used my SBI-DEBIT card to swipe but the merchant said it was declined and I asked to check again , the response was same the second time too and i failed to pay the money but on both the cases money has been debited from my account but did not credited to the merchant. I need help as i am away from my home in which account is in my home town branch. So, what is the procedure Do i have to follow through , in order to get back my money.??
