I have been using SBI gold card with no 4377486996510788 from July 2012.In the month of Aug 2014 my card was blocked.and then i paid total outstanding amount.Till now my account was not activated.i put several mails to sbi cards for reactivation, every time they sent as
“We wish to inform you that we would be unable to reactivate your SBI card account. Please note that, as on date there are no dues payable to us.
However, we sincerely regret for the inconvenience that may have been caused to you.”
Till now i dont have clarity when will my card will be active.
