Dear Sir/Madam
This is to bring to your kind notice that I have been given a new sbi card on reinstated basis which is got blocked wit a region that you have multiple accounts.
Though I had an old sbi card which got settled by paying fifty thousand rupees on 1st sept 2014.
In order to activate my card i called up customer care SBI Card then surprisingly I got to know that my card is blocked and it may be may not be activated.
May I request you to kindly help me at this juncture, it seems that SBI Card has fooled me and issued me a fake card.
Kindly investigate the matter at the earliest so i could be able to use my card.
