7/7/2010- tried for cash withdrawal at SBI Ballygunj(Dabur Park) ATM ID No S1CN00001839, entd pin no. but txn was failed, as screen was not in order.
Then, I entd my pin no in another ATM Id No S1AN00001824( in same room)& drawn Rs. 10,800/-and got printed advice showing balance of Rs 9,078.83. As the balance was in order, I left the counter.
11/7/2010- went to another SBI ATM for Mini Statement and seen two debits in my account, one for Rs. 10,800?- and then another for Rs. 9000/-( I have not recd the money i.e. Rs 9000/- I have lodged complaints with local police station and applied to bank for CCTV footage for the Txn. of Rs. 9000/-
