I ordered a pair of[B] Van Heusen shoes via order no. OD106100266634705000[/B]. I was promised that the shoes will be delivered by 1st of June. I ordered that particular product at discounted price, but now I was told that my order has been cancelled. The reason they stated was logistic mismanagement. Now, my sole concern is that why should I bear because of their mistake. In fact on their website they have smartly mentioned Refund Accepted, whereas I haven’t made any such request. This is a case of consumer dissatisfaction, cheating and mental harassment.
