NOT satified with services

Respected sir

I buyed a subscription from suvision holdings private limited,popularly known as indianmoney.com, as per company,they promised to provide DETAILS of persons seeking for tax planning, for that i paid Rs.3000+service tax i,e Rs 3370.8 for providing me the details of those 15 persons (exclusive leads, that means if any client is not interested in seeking the services ,they provide me the details of some other person in lieu of replacement).

But when i paid for the subscribtion they didn’t provide me the details of single person untill i forced them, and after forcing they give me details of four clients out of fifteen but some of those are for loan, some are not interested, inshort those details are USELESS for me.

After requesting several times via phone and mail, they did not gave me any useful lead, and when i asked for refund they simply rejected my request on the point that they do not have a policy of Refund, sir i am very disappointed with the services of indianmoney.com

I Requested you to please help me in this case because not only me they are making fool to others same as me.
