I, Buddhadeb Mukherjee from Howrah, purchased a Samsung 1.5Ton split AC from their Dealer Satisfaction Electronics Pvt Ltd, 20A, British India Street, Kolkata700069 Vide their Invoice no. C.M-11168 dt. 03.05.14. The A.C was installed by their authorized technician at my room on 09.05.14. After installation it was not cooling at all. Samsung sent their authorized Engineer on 12.05.14 and 13.05.14 who inspected the AC and confirmed that the Condenser was broken. Our complaint no.7355844596 Dt. 12.05.14 was registered with Samsung Co.
They assured either the machine will be replaced or they will refund immediately. Thereafter I called them several times and all the time they were unable to tell the status of this case, and used to disconnect the line. And we are still suffering from 03.05.14 in this summer season. I was told Samsung service is best but I am getting the worst kind of service.
