Good evening Sir/Madam. This is Farzan Karanjia from Surat & I am using a Samsung mobile for years. Very recently I purchased a new mobile “Samsung galaxy S duos “. It has hardly been just 4 months & It is very sorry to say that this time I was so upset with this Samsung product as well as the service provided by the dealer as well as the Samsung care center. I started facing the problems with the product from the very first week of purchase but dealer was least concerned. Finally I approached Samsung care center situated in Adajan Surat but apart from the normal update and format nothing was taken care of. I have visited the Adajan care center Surat several times taking leave from my job but it hardly mattered. Even the job sheet was not registered couple of times. Sitting there for hours, and finally not getting a service was quite annoying. According to their saying I even replaced my memory card but the problem still remains. I even visited Majura gate branch but as per their rules they stop taking new appointments after 5. I have a job from morning 9 to 5 in evening. Now the question arises in my mind that what is Samsung know for? Give a proper service to a common man or just to claim its popularity against the apple I phone? It is very good to hear that our Samsung has been ahead of I phone these days and has started to be compared in the world’s best league but this time the service what I have gone through was not at all acceptable. Thinking of taking matters in my own hands as Samsung care seems not at all interested in solving the queries. Hope to get a serious and a positive reply from your side soon.
