Samsung Refrigirator Dents

Hi,

I have purchased a Samsung Refrigirator model:RT28HCLS1 on Mar 27th, I have received the refrigirator in dameged condition (Dents on the Door and sides). Refrigirator opened on Apr 1st.

I have called many times to the sales executive of the showroom(Trivikrama, Begumpet, Hyderabad), First call was on April 2nd(with in weeks time) he told many times he will make arrangements to replace it, and after that he neglected the calls of mine.

After two weeks of continous calls, I have been to the showroom directly and asked the owner of it to get it replaced, he replied saying it cannot be replaced as its been long time and in the used one (No one from the showroom has intimated me not use until replacing it, we started using it after 10 days of the purchase)

And he is saying that he will make arrangements to repair dents.

Till now neither my refrigirator is replaced nor repaired. And even not getting good response from the supplier.
