Samsung not resolving problem

Name of company/service: Samsung

Hi, i have purchased a Samsung galaxy S Duos Mobile on 22Dec2012, then in jan2013 it creates a network related problems. After many visits of service center its problem is same. I contact CEO’s office regarding this problem but still no resolution. please advise me how take a legal action against Samsung.
