Samsung Mobile phone camera damaged by the repairmen at the service center

I have a Samsung wave 525 mobile phone bought on July 2011. A few months back my phone started showing problems on sound and started to hang for which I went to Samsung service center to get it repaired as my Phone was under warranty period. After waiting for more then 3hrs my turn came and I told the problems of the phone which were related only to speaker and software. The executive there asked me to wait for 10mins after which he would let me know how long it will take to get it repaired. After 10 minutes he called me back and told me that the camera of the phone is damaged and i need to pay extra 1000/- to get it repaired. I told him that was not possible because my camera was working fine and just a day back I had clicked picture’s using it and in the morning itself I had checked the camera and it was working fine.

The camera was for sure damaged due to careless handling and opening of the phone by the repairmen with lack of skills and experience. But they refused to take responsibility of their fault and want me to bear the expense for the damage caused by them. My camera is still at the service center as they are repairing the speaker and software problem and has asked me to take it back after two days i.e by tomorrow.

Please look into the matter and take immediate action to stop this harassment on customers caused by the service center. And I hope my phone along with the camera will be repaired.
