dear sir,
i have purchased new samsung mobile, samsung y dous, model no. GT s6102,
imei no. 352272/05/240519/7 and 352273/05/240519/5 abt 45 days ago. worth rs.9000/- from spice retail shop delhi
on very next day when i use the mobile the processing of mobile was slow , i felt maybe it happened with new one, but after one month the mobile handset has automatically swithched off and started,
this process has continued from last 15 days, i feel company has cheated with me and i spend rs 9000/- on waste mobile handset. even my parents shouted on me,
i want company changed my mobile i dont want to anykind of service coz its new one..
please understand my problem, change it or send me money back
