Samsung Glaxy Grand Mobile phone- GT-19082MBAINU

I purchased a new Samsung Glaxy Grand Mobile phone- GT-19082MBAINU, color Metallic Blue Sl. No 8 806085 402935 (IMA no. 356631/05/559192/1, 356632/05/559192/9) from M/s Sheetal Telecom, Vikas Marg, New Delhi on 18/06/2013 for Rs. 18,250/- vide their Cash Memo no. 096 dated 18/06/2013. Along with it I obtained the essential warranty for 1 year, which apparently seems to be of no value.
Since it’s purchased there is some problem in the mobile. This phone gets either hanged every 2-3 hours or gets switched off and there won’t be network for a long time. So On the advice of Shri Deepak Sharma, proprietor of M/s Sheetal Telecom, I visited Samsung service centre at G-13, Vardhman Building, Deshbandhu Gupta Road, Motia Khan, Delhi and hand over my mobile vide complaint no.-Token 104 dated 29/06/2013(No. LCD Backlight). With-in an hour, they informed me over phone that there is some hardware/software problem in my mobile which has since been rectified and I can collect it. But I am very surprised to know that after 2 -3 hours they again told me over phone that water has been found in my mobile and informed me that warranty will not cover for this and its PBA,LCD,TSP etc. needs replacement and the cost of it repairs will be around Rs.9,088.00.

When I went to the Samsung Services and told them that water problem is not on my part as I am very sure as my mobile always remain at my home at completely dry place. I and asked for immediate replacement as the warranty was still applicable otherwise I have to approach consumer court. but I was told that I have to bear the cost of repair as the warranty will not cover for pouring water in mobile.. I wasn’t given a proper reason as to why the fault (water) problem is on my part. This poor service employed by the Samsung Service Center is definitely not appreciated by me or, I’m sure, by other customers suffering this fate. Would you please help me to get the best consumer service from the Company and replace with a new Samsung Glaxy Grand GT-19082MBAINU.
