Location/place: Malad- Mumbai
I purchased Samsung Tab on 1st June. From 5th June it started giving problem with touch screen. On 7th, touch screen completely stopped responding. I went to Samsung service center – Malad, for repair on 8th June. Since then I am waiting and keeping followup of them.
On 14th June – morning Mr.Amit from Malad service center told me (After confirming with Mr.Suraj Pujari)that the touch screen is not available with the warehouse.
I need help as I have Invested Rs.20000 and I have hardly used it also I have no other device to work with right now.
