Samsung galaxy sIII faulty handset provided by the company

Hi,

This is to inform you that,I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S3 from Mobile Shoppe(Jwala Heri Market,Paschim Vihar) on July 24th 2012.But on the very first day i was facing problem with the handset in outgoing voice.After Visiting samsung authorized service center(Electro Serve Center,B-27 Moti Nagar,delhi) on july 26th 2012 .they registered my complaint under the jobsheet number4135549143 as i requested them to give me the DOA certificate for the replacement of handset,as it was under the replacement warranty according to the company norms.but they din’t provide replacement of handset instead they asked me to collect the handset on july 27th 2012 on trial basis. i was facing the same problem on july 28th 2012 and i visited the same service center on july 28th itself.But they refused me to provide the replacement of handset and instead they told me to repair the handset and denied to earlier made promises of replacement of handset.

Currently my handset is with the service center under the jobsheet number 4135692865 and they are not providing me the replacement of handset.So i am not interested in collecting my handset from the service center(Electro Serve Center,B-34 basement,moti nagar,delhi).

I request you to look into the matter and provide me the replaced handset as soon as possible.

Really need your help in this matter.
