Samsung failure to provide the service within time and also colse the complaint wrongly

Following problems I had to face since February 2014
I am suffering the refrigerator problem from February 2014. I had purchase from Croma with extended warranty therefore I had submitted complaint through Croma for service.
Whenever I had registered the complaint it was attended with deliberate delay time i.e. 5 to 9 weeks time
i. Croma replaced the defective Relay & OLP parts with duplicate parts and not with the original one (2 times) and the issue was handled by unauthorized person well known to Croma.
ii. After several follow up on 6th May 2014 the compressor got changed and gas leakage problem was attended by the Samsung authorized person. (but the problem still persist).
iii. Again after several follow on 13th June 2014, the Samsung’s personnel attended the same and in order to resolve the same changed the dumper. (but the problem still persist)
iv. When the issue was not resolved I again contacted the customer care and on further follow up Samsung’s personnel attended the problem on 19th June 2014 and informed that there is temperature issue which he tried to resolve the same but the problems still persists.
v. I was facing the problem like a water leakage problem at the external bottom center and since 19th July 2014 I am continuously following up with Croma’s customer care. On 22nd July 2014 Samsung Jr. technician unable to resolve the problem thefore on 24th July 2014 Samsung Senior technician had handled the case on 24th July 2014. He and his assistance had taken photographs about leakage, as well as model photographs, and bill photographs. He also informed me that he will discuss his senior at Kurla office then they will update me as well as Croma. I had also ask them where is job sheet. Then he told me he will update the 22nd July 2014 job sheet. Why Samsung closed the complaint on basis of report dated 22nd July 2014. Why complain has closed wrongly?
vi. On 7th August 2010 I had received the call from Samsung about reimbursement amounting Rs. 56% of purchase value of refrigerator (Rs. 11,509.68) and Samsung person will collect the documents on 8th August 2014 and I will received the reimbursement amount within 7 to 10 days. But till 14th August 2014 Samsung has not collect the documents. Why these delays have occurred?
vii. On 28th August 2014 Samsung informed that they already handover the cheque / DD to Ideal Traders for deliver. When I had not recived till 1st September 2014 then On 1st September 2014 I had enquire about my Cheque / DD status to Samsung customer care that time customer care told me I will received on 5th September 2014. Please note that I had received the call on 18th August 2014 regarding confirmation about name for issue the cheque or DD from Samsung. Cheque / DD were ready on 25th August 2014. Why Sammsung not issued me till 1st September 2014.
Why these delays have occurred? Please note that the PO issued on 25th August 2014 from Mumbai 1, I will received the PO on 26th August 2014 If person has come by walking on 26th August 2014. I unable to understood why Samsung took more than 7 days (on 1st September 2014 Samsung hand over me PO after various follow-up)

viii. Why Samsung is delayed in provide the service also close the complaint wrongly and not able provide answer in writing
