I had brought Samsung Refrigerator on Feb 2012.
After bringing, refrigerator had cooling problem. I complained and a guy came to fix the issue. He fixed the same and it worked fine for a month. But after a month again it stopped cooling. Again I registered complained and another guy came to fix the issue. He cam and fix the issue. He said there was an issue in De- Frost and it has been fixed now.
But after few days again the same problem occured. I called samsung again and again logged the complaint.
This time the refrigerator was out of Warranty period. Now the technician says your de frost is not working right from beginning and it needs to be changed, it will cost 1500/-. He continued saying that I can fix this but again it wont work for more than a month.
I called Samsung call center and they keep saying that I need to pay the amount.
Just want to know why should i pay for de frost if the issue is right from beginning.
