Samsung AC service provider not at all a good service provider

Sai Enterprise is a authorized Samsung AC service provider in Mira Road, Thane. It was in 2013, AC cooling had reduced in 3 years of its usage. On registering a service request, then a service man from Samsung AC service provider told me that the gas is leaking from the compressor, so will have to re-fill it. Got it refilled paying Rs. 1500/-.
Now a year later, again facing the same issue. So called up Samsung customer care number to register a service call. I was re-directed to the AC service registration number 3 times but no picked up the call. Then I found out the Sai Enterprise is Samsung’s authorized service center in Mira road. I called up them and told them about the issue I was facing with Samsung Customer care number. The lady took my complaint directly there with them. and I placed a service request. I had a service man visiting for AC service, who did nothing else but washing the air filters (which is pretty easy and I had already washed 3 days before they came. I had no choice because of the delay caused). So they just washed the filter and used a air blower to fly all the dust around my bedroom. I still took it with cool mind.
It was fine till then, and I asked about the compressor check-up. He told me that I would have another person visiting for the same. Since then it is now 3 weeks, but the service agency is been just testing my patience level by giving me false promises and assurances. I told them I have a 3 year old kid, and the summer is damn hot and unbearable. But they just don’t seem to understand the problem.
Moreover I actually don’t know if the AC compressor needs a replacement, if it is really damaged. Are these people waiting for 5 year warrantee period to expire so that they can do away with their obligation of replacing the AC compressor.
I was begging them in each and every call, I made to them for sending the person to check the compressor, but all they say is agents are having urgent calls. I can realize this is summer and they will have calls but let me ask them, if my request is pending since past 3 weeks, is not my service call urgent. Don’t they track the age of the calls, if not, they are not following a proper process. How do such Service providers survive?
I also started getting doubt on the quality of the product now, Do you often hear about any refrigerator, whose compressor leaks the gas and the Fridge is not cooling. I guess the cases may be like 2 in 100, but AC I hear is 98 of 100.
I have a Whirlpool fridge, which is working for more than 10 years and the compressor is still running as good as it was when bought. I wonder how AC and Fridge compressors are different when they do the same work of cooling the air. I leave the questions on the experts to think about. (My science and engineering knowledge is a failure here).
I am writing this complaint to make this Service provider aware, that we public are not that fool as they think. If I am unheard here in this forum, let me assure you(the Service provider), I will pull them to the consumer court and get the needful done. If a consumer purchased a Samsung product and doesn’t get good service, why will the consumer go for any Samsung product in future.
