samsung ac problem

I bought a samsung 1.5 ton inverter ac(triangle model) from great eastern on 26.05.2015..They gave the delivery on 31.05.2015(sunday).After two days for installation two guys came from s.n enterprise and started installing ac..After çompletion of installation the ac didnt turned on and we asked them whats the problem they said there is some manufacture defect in the ac ,we will report to the company and after two days you will get a replacement for this cause the ac was a defect piece..On the other day we asked the disteibutor when we will get the ok machine he said we didnt got any proper detail what is the problem and again after two days he sent a technician from samsung ..Technicia said we would have to repair the ac cause there is some problem in the circuit but we didnt used it ,it was a manufacture defect so why we would accept a defect ac or repaired ac cause we have bought it after paying the full price so we asked them to send a new ac cause its a manufacture defect ac.But we are not getting any response from them they are saying just that they need time and in this way already 10 days passed..we have bought the ac from great eastern dalhousie..i want a fair deal cause am paying the money for a fresh new showroom ac not a repaired ac
