I purchased a SAMSUNG AC in on 29.03.14 (Serial no:E242PPJD201278T).
It started giving trouble as soon as the expiry period was over. Servicing had to be done thrice within a tenure of 30 days because each time they identified a new source and finally the issue was resolved. Now, almost 3 months later I am again facing a cooling problem for which I am being asked to pay for replacement of a part. All SAMSUNG has to say is that Electrical items cannot be guaranteed and hence can have such breakdowns.
They have asked me to provide all previous bills and only then can be try to offer a discount for the current expected cost of close to RS 9000. I am unable to provide so at the moment in which case, they wouldnt give the discount and hence indirectly are denying any responsibility for their product quality and service quality!!They definitely have all records of past servicing done and yet have no resolution!!
