I have bought Samsung 1 ton Window AC on 1st May 2008. within first year i had faced problem with cooling. When complained they informed me that it is because of Gas leakage and they rectified the same. Same problem occured again this year in the month of Feb’10. Agian it was the the same gas leakage issue, this time they have i had paid rs.1800 for repairs. Within 3-4 months time same problem.

I have asked for reason for similar problem 3 times with 1 year time. There is no proper response from their service division.

Need an explanation on this and if it’s unit is faulty and giving similar problem why there is no proper solution/fix given by service division at first place.
