AS PER COMPANY POLICY A FREE REPLACEMENT IS TO BE GIVEN WITHIN 07 WORKING DAYS . TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO MICROMAX CARE AT SECTOR 5 DWARKA AND AT TOLL FREE NO. TO MISS SHOBHA(1800 Hrs). THERE WAS NO CONSIDERATION FOR 04 DAYS OF LEAVE .I AM A COMMISSIONED OFFICER OF ARMED FORCES AND WAS DEPLOYED FOR 15 AUG DUTIES FOR THE NATION. AT LEAST HAVE THAT SINCERITY TO ACCEPT .OWN UP FOR POOR WORKMANSHIP ON BEHALF OF QUALITY CONTROL AND GIVE A REPLACEMENT / DO LETTER, BUT, NO. THIS AGAIN PROVES THAT WE AS INDIAN ARE NOT HONEST AND CHEAT ON THE VERY FIRST OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE TO US. THE MOBILE HAS BEEN LEFT AT MICROMAX CARE SECTOR 5 DWA5RKA WITH DETAILS OF JOBSHEET AS–N030814-0814-11603962 DATED 19 AUG 14.SELLING OF UNSERVICEABLE MOBILES TO CUSTOMER IS CRIME AND COMPANIES ARE GROWING ON HARD EARNED MONEY OF FELLOW INDIANS.
