Hi, I would like to file my complaint against Madam Home (so called mall), which is located @ chincholi bunder signal, malad west. We purchased a Prestige Apple Induction Cooker from this store.while purchasing he said if there is any problem with the product, it will get exchange or they will issue the credit note. Next day when my wife open the packaging she found that cooker handle is broken, so she went to the mall to exchange it. She asked for the replacement of cooker, but they said they can’t exchange it now. And can’t even issue the credit note. They said they will send the piece to company and she will have to wait. And all the sales man were rude. This So Called Mall doesn’t even have a customer care service. There is noone to hear customer problem. They are blaming us only for the damaged piece. They are not issuing the credit not also. And they said ” do whatever you can do, you won’t get the Credit Note.” This is how they speak to their valuable customers. I want you guys to take the strict action against this So CaLled Mall. They should leran a lesson how should deal with customers, plus they can’t put false blame on customers. I want the result ASAP. Hoping to have the full support against them. As I don’t like taking wrong things…. Thanks a ton. I will be really oblize you all if you help me out to resolve thisa problem. Thanks a ton
